  • Who is WLC Ventures LLC?

    WLC Ventures LLC is a limited liability corporation that owns Radiant Holidays. Radiant Holidays is a DBA of WLC Ventures and is registered in the State of Texas.

  • How do I contact Tech Support?

    We at Radiant Holidays sell kits that are by nature very technical. However, we are NOT the designer nor do we provided formal technical support for these boards. Radiant Holidays depends on the designers of each product to support each product. That is why we are eliminating some designs as the support for that designed has waned. So the answer to the question is more a list of options than a straight forward answer. If you do not know where to get help, please contact us and we will get you taken care of! A partial list is below:

  • "I cannot access my account and the reset password does not work. What do I do?"

    Radiant Holidays' store has a special checkout system that does not require you to "create" an account to make a purchase. However, in order to ship you anything it needs the information anyway. So this modification takes your "normal" account information and creates a special "non-account account". How is that for double speak? :0 You cannot log into this type of account to check on an order or do anything else with it as it is not treated as a normal account. If you try to create a new account, you will get an error saying that the email address is in use. If this happens, send us an email and we will edit that email address to be different so that you can create a proper account. This way you can log into your account to check the status of your orders.

  • "My kit seems to be missing parts. What do I do?"

    As with any labor intensive process, we do make mistakes. If you have a question on the quantity or type of parts in your kit, please use the "Contact Us" form to send us an inquiry. In the case of missing or damaged parts our staff will get you replacements out as quickly as possible. However, purely technical questions need to be forward to the right person and may take a bit of extra time.

  • How long does an "In Stock" order take to ship?

    We are part time an work a few days each week. It is very easy to have an order two to three days before someone gets a chance to process it. If you need something on a specific time table, please contact us prior to ordering. We handle all orders on a first come first served basis. We have been shipping in stock orders within 2 business days since October 2015.

  • Which Enclosure works for which Board?

    See this link.But we have made changes or our store system so that you can purchase your enclosure at the same time you get your controller kit. See the drop down menu marked "Enclosure" in the controller's description page. Only enclosures that match your controller will be available. Nice and Simple :)

  • Can't I just call my order in?

    This seems like a simple request...however, with the prices we charge, there is no room to hire and pay someone to handle phone calls. This is an online store and orders must be placed here. If you need a full complete customer service system, then you may need to consider another vendor. I hate to say it this way but this is reality.

  • What does the status of "ACCEPTED" mean?

    This means that your order has been reviewed by our staff and has been entered into the queue. The next step you will see is "SHIPPED" if everything is in stock or "BACKORDERED" if something is backordered

  • Can you do 50% payment on Pre-Orders?

    Unfortunately we cannot do this. Many of the larger buys here are conducted on a "Group Buy" basis. WE have to FULLY pay for the products before they ship and hence I need the full commitment to the order in advance.

  • Why do you need my phone number?

    This is so that we can give UPS or other shipper a phone number to contact you in case there is an issue with your package. This is very important as so many different things can go wrong with shipping packages all over the world. We at Radiant Holidays/WLC Ventures LLC will NEVER share your number with anyone and we will NOT use it for Sales calls. This is solely for processing and shipping your order.

  • Can I get the SSRez in smaller quantities than a Set of 8?

    Why not? We have them available in Sets of 4 as well!

  • Why can you not sell just the PCB?

    In some instances we can and do as is the case with the Renard 24HC, Renard 24LV and the Dirkcheap SSRs. However, for some others, we have agreements in place to only sell kits created by Radiant Holidays

  • Why does the store not include shipping when I checkout?

    It most cases this no longer applies. Our store software does not give you accurate shipping costs. If your total does not show "FREE SHIPPING" then we will need to send you a shipping invoice. PLEASE make sure your email address is current and keep a look out for this invoice.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we do. However, please do not ask us to be dishonest or lie about the purpose and or value of the order in order to avoid/reduce Custom's Duties. This is a part of life for all us and we cannot condone being dishonest for any reason.

  • You have several types of boards listed. What is the best for me?

    Wow, big question and the answer takes a lot of insight on your display. If you have areas where you have a large concentration of channels, then the most overall cost effective solution is a control board with on-board SSRs like the Renard Plus TR24, TR16 or Renard 24HC. If your display is spread out, then a centralized controller with external SSRs like the Renard Plus 32 or Renard 64XC/SSRez combination will be the most cost effective. It all boils down to how you set up your display. The cost savings is almost always measured in shorter power cords...NOT the controls themselves

  • What are your store hours?

    This question sort of caught us by surprise. What store? This is an online store only and we do not have a physical storefront.

  • What is your store address?

  • Can I pick up my order?

    We no longer offer order pickup. This is a matter of security as the shop is also a home. We have great shipping rates and most of the time, shipping is included in the price so you still win!

  • Can you send me a PayPal invoice?

    We do not send Paypal invoices as it requires multiple logins and duplicates data entry that just creates too many opportunities for errors. Help us help you keep your costs down! Follow the instructions below. The items in bold are additional information that we have added to make this process easily understood. This normally only applies to shipping payments as the store software should lead you through a checkout process.

    1. Confirm the email address...sales@radiant-holidays.com.... of the party to whom you wish to send money via PayPal.
    2. Log in to your PayPal account and make sure you have the necessary funds.
    3. Click the "Send Money" tab on your Account Overview page and choose the appropriate sub-tab, either "Pay Anyone".
    4. Enter the email address where you wish to send money, or select a previously used address from the drop-down menu....once again this is sales@radiant-holidays.com
    5. Input the amount of money you want to send and select the appropriate currency in which to send it. PayPal is internationally friendly, allowing for money to be sent to over 150 countries in 16 different currencies. The amount due will be found at the bottom on your WLC Ventures Invoice.
    6. Choose the type of payment you are making. For our use, this is always Goods...please do not use "gift"
    7. Click the "Continue" button and review the payment details on the next page.
    8. Choose a payment method other than your available PayPal funds by clicking on the "Funding Options" link. If you don't have enough money in your PayPal account and have a bank account associated with it, you have the option of sending money from your bank account in the form of an e-check, credit card or debit card.
    9. Click the "Continue" button and add an optional message to your recipient.
    10. Complete your payment by clicking on the "Send Payment" button.
    11. Check your email for a message confirming that your payment has been sent.
